What we keep, and why.
This site does one thing: it takes early-access signups for InviteScan. Here is exactly what that stores, where it lives and how to get it removed. No cookie banner, because there are no cookies.

Who we are
InviteScan is built by a collective in Riga, Latvia. For anything about your data, write to hello@invitescan.com.
What the waitlist form stores
When you submit the form we save one row:
- Your email address, lower-cased. Signing up twice updates that row instead of adding another.
- What you run: crew, private, brand or other.
- The optional note, up to 500 characters, if you wrote one.
- Where you came from: the
utm_sourcein the link you clicked, or the referring page, cut to 200 characters. The page fills this in for you. - The time you signed up.
What we look at but do not keep
- Your IP address, to allow at most five submissions a minute from one address. It sits in the server’s memory for a minute and is never written to the database.
- A hidden form field that only bots fill in. If it is filled, nothing is saved.
- Ordinary request logs at our hosting provider, kept on their standard schedule.
Why
To email you when the first Night is ready to run, and to ask about your door. That is the only use. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we run no ads. You give consent by submitting the form; you can withdraw it any time by emailing us.
Where it lives
- The row is stored in a Supabase Postgres database in the EU, reachable only by our server, never by the browser.
- The site runs on Vercel. The form is processed in Frankfurt; the pages themselves are cached on Vercel’s network.
- Visit counts come from Plausible, hosted in the EU. See below.
How long
Until we have onboarded you or you tell us to stop, whichever comes first. Email us and the row is deleted; we confirm when it is done.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. On the live site we count visits with Plausible, which is cookie-free and keeps no persistent identifier for you. It records the page, the referrer, your browser and device type and your country, plus two events: a waitlist signup with the “what do you run” answer, and a click on an early-access button. Your email never reaches Plausible. Previews and local builds send nothing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or get a copy. One email to hello@invitescan.com does it. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
What this does not cover
This notice is about invitescan.com and the waitlist only. The product itself, with guest lists, passes and door scans, gets its own notice when it launches. Changes to this page are dated at the top.
